Hall of Famer Peyton Manning is a two time Super Bowl Champion and held many NFL records at the time of his retirement, including passing yards (71,940), touchdown passes (539), AP MVP awards (5), Pro Bowl appearances (14), and 4,000-yard passing seasons (14). The most valuable player of Super Bowl XLI, Manning is one of only two starting quarterbacks to win a Super Bowl with two different franchises. Peyton Manning wore this jersey on October 12th, 2014 in a 31-17 victory over the New York Jets. Manning threw for 237 yards and three touchdowns in the contest. Inside the rear collar is the Nike manufacturer’s tag size “46” with an attached flag tag reading the year “2014”. Handwritten on the tag is “10.12.14” in black marker. Football related staining is present throughout the front. On the upper right chest is the captain’s “C” logo embroidered. Across the front, back and on both shoulders is the player number “18” in navy blue on orange tackle twill. Across the back reads the player name “MANNING” in navy blue tackle twill on a white nameplate.
