Adjacent is a NFL PSA/DNA sticker serial number “1N19673”. Across the front, back and on both shoulders is the player number “43” in white on yellow tackle twill. Across the back on a powder blue nameplate is the player name “SPROLES” in white tackle twill. Multiple repairs are present on the upper chest of the jersey.
