A member of the MLB All-Century and All-Time Teams, Ted Williams was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 1966 on the first ballot. Williams is a two-time American League MVP and Triple Crown winner, a 19-time All-Star and a six-time AL batting champion. Williams won the AL batting title in 1948 when he hit .369. Manuf: H&B, Model Number: W153 (engraved on knob), Length: 35 in., Weight: 32.9 oz., Wood: Ash, Labeling Period: Circa 1948, Condition: Uncracked. Ball/hit marks are present on the right and back barrel. There are white ball transfer marks on the back barrel. The player number “9” is on the knob in red marker. The bat exhibits evidence of light game-use and good player use attributes. Williams signed on the right barrel in blue pen and in our opinion, rates an 8 overall. On the knob is “35 ½” in pen. On the barrel end is PSA/DNA sticker “1B11631”. Accompanied by an LOA from JSA and from PSA/DNA.
