In the back collar is the “Spalding” manufacturers tag with size “44” flag tag. On the front left tail is “Collins 55–15” in blue chain stitch. On the left front inside tail is the wash instructions tag. On the left front breast is the “NY” logo in navy blue felt, which has been restored. On the back is the player number "15" in navy blue felt. Autographed on the front left tail in blue marker and rates a 6. The jersey shows game-use and besides “NY” restoration appears to have no alterations of any kind. The autograph is accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
