On the front left tail is the “Wilson” manufacturer’s tag with size “40” and wash instructions. Adjacent below is the year “1969” in red chain-stitching. On the rear collar is a grey flannel strip tag with the name “Chaney” in red chain-stitching. Across the front reads “CINCINNATI” in red on white tackle twill. Adjacent below and on back is the player number “12”. Across the back is the player name “CHANEY”, which has been restored. All are done in the same red tackle twill. On the left sleeve is the official MLB “100TH ANNIVERSARY” patch embroidered in red, white and blue. The patch has been restored. Chaney has signed the front right tail of the jersey in blue marker with the added inscription “#12”, in our opinion the signature rates a strong 8. The jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows excellent use. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
