Brooks Robinson played his entire 23-year major league career for the Baltimore Orioles. Nicknamed "The Human Vacuum Cleaner", he is the greatest defensive third-baseman in major league history. He won 16 consecutive Gold Glove Awards during his career and was elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1983. Inside the rear collar is the "Wilson" manufacturers tag with wash instructions and jersey size “46”. On the left front tail is a "77 1" embroidered strip tag. Across the front is "Orioles" in black on white tackle twill. Below on the left and on the back is the player number "5" in the same tackle twill. Across the back is the player name “ROBINSON” in black tackle twill on an orange name plate. Autographed on front in black marker rating a 9. The jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion, shows excellent use. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
