Dennis Rodman is arguably the greatest rebounder in NBA history, having won seven rebounding titles throughout his career. He was named NBA All-Defensive First Team seven times and won the NBA Defensive Player of the Year Award twice. He also led the NBA in rebounds per game for a record seven consecutive years. A five-time NBA champion and two-time NBA All-Star Rodman was inducted into the Basketball Hall of Fame in 2011. Offered is Rodman’s 1991-92 full All-Star uniform that has been photo-matched to the second half. On the front left tail is the Champion manufacturer’s tag size “42” with washing instructions. Adjacent to the left is an additional tag reading “Designed and Tailored 1992 Exclusively For Dennis Rodman”. On the left inseam are two flag tags, one reading “2” EXTRA BODY LENGTH” and an additional one. On the upper left chest is the official “NBA” logo embroidered. Across the front reads “NBA All-Star” screened on in blue, red and white. In between this is the player number “10” done in red on white tackle twill. Across the back reads the player name “RODMAN” in blue tackle twill sewn directly into the white mesh jersey. Adjacent below is the player number “10” in blue on red tackle twill. In the rear waistband of the shorts is the Champion manufacturer’s tag size “34” with washing instructions. Handwritten on this tag in black marker is the player number “10”. Down the inseam are three flag tags reading “1 INCH EXTRA LENGTH”, “1 INCH EXTRA RISE and “100% POLYESTER”. There is an official “NBA” logo embroidered on the lower right leg and on both legs reads “NBA All-STAR” in front of a blue and black star screened in red. Rodman signed both the jersey and the shorts in black marker with the same added inscription “Game Used 1991-92 Led NBA in Rebounds All NBA Third Team All Defensive First Team” and in our opinion the signatures rate a combined 8.5. This uniform is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use. There is minimal residue from prior framing that does not affect the uniform. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA, as well as LOA’s from Rodman, PSA/DNA, one LOA grading the jersey an A10 and a LOA from Photo-Match.com confirming the match.
