One of the best most prolific shooters in NBA history, Larry Bird spent his entire playing career as a member of the Boston Celtics. A three-time NBA champion, three-time MVP and two-time NBA Finals MVP, Bird accomplished nearly everything a player could on the basketball court. Bird was named to the NBA’s 50th Anniversary All-Time team and has his No. 33 retired by the Boston Celtics. On the front left tail is a “Champion” distributor’s tag that reads, “YEAR 1991 ID# BODY LENGTH +3”. Adjacent is a “Champion” size “46” manufacturer’s tag with washing instructions. On the left inseam is a tag that reads, “100% NYLON”. On the left chest is the official “NBA” logo embroidered. Across the chest reads, “CELTICS”, the player number “33” appears on both the front and on the back and across the back reads the player name, “BIRD”. All numbering and lettering is done in white tackle twill sewn directly onto the green mesh jersey. Bird signed the front right player number “3” in blue pen and in our opinion, rates a 7-8 overall. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use. Accompanied by an LOA from JSA.
