Lot #16:

1996-97 Antoine Walker Boston Celtics Rookie Game-Used Road Jersey

In his rookie season, Antoine Walker made the NBA All-Rookie First Team. On the front left tail is a “Champion” distributor’s tag that reads, “DESIGNED & TAILORED 95-96 EXCLUSIVELY FOR BOSTON CELTICS BODY LENGTH + 4”. Adjacent is a “Champion” size “48” manufacturer’s tag with washing instructions. This jersey is a carryover from the previous year. On the left inseam is a materials tag with pen markings on it. On the left chest is the official “NBA” logo embroidered. Across the chest reads, “CELTICS”, the player number “8” appears on both the front and on the back and across the back reads the player name, “WALKER”. All numbering and lettering is done in white tackle twill sewn directly onto the green mesh jersey. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use.
