Hall of Famer Peyton Manning spent 14 seasons with the Indianapolis Colts after being drafted first overall by the organization in 1998. A two time Super Bowl Champion, Manning held many NFL records at the time of his retirement, including passing yards (71,940), touchdown passes (539), AP MVP awards (5), Pro Bowl appearances (14), and 4,000-yard passing seasons (14). The most valuable player of Super Bowl XLI, Manning is one of only two starting quarterbacks to win a Super Bowl with two different franchises. On the front left tail is the Logo Athletic manufacturer’s tag with an attached flag tag reading the size “48”. Adjacent is a box tag reading the year “98”. The player number “18” appears on the front, back and on both sleeves. Across the back on a white nameplate is the player name “MANNING”. All numbering and lettering is done in blue tackle twill. Small repairs are seen on the sleeve and left chest and slight yellowing to the jersey is present. Sourced from an NFL assistant equipment manager, this jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows excellent use.
