Michael Jordan was inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in 2009 for his individual career and again in 2010 for his involvement in the 1992 United States Men’s Olympic Basketball “Dream Team”. The six-time champion and Finals MVP was named to the NBA’s 50th Anniversary All-Time Team and is the all-time leading scorer in NBA playoff history. MJ wore this jersey on December 19th, 2001 against the Atlanta Hawks in a 103-76 victory. Jordan recorded 23 points in the contest. On the front left tail is the Nike manufacturer’s tag size “50”. Attached below is a flag tag that reads, “LENGTH + 4 MADE IN THE U.S.A.”. On the left inseam is a materials tag with washing instructions and a Nike “2001-02” year tag. On the upper left chest is the official "NBA" logo embroidered and on the upper right chest is a 9/11 memorial ribbon and American flag embroidered in red, white and blue stitching. Across the chest reads, “WIZARDS”. Below and on the back is the player number “23”. All of these are done in blue on copper and black triple tackle twill. Above the player number on the back reads the player name “JORDAN” in blue on copper tackle twill. Jordan signed the front of the jersey in silver marker and in our opinion the signature rates a 9. Below the autograph is an Upper Deck hologram serial number “BAH76466”. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use. Accompanied by a Photo-Match.com LOA confirming the match and grading the jersey a perfect 10, a MeiGray LOA and an Upper Deck COA.
