David Robinson, better known as “The Admiral”, is a two-time Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame inductee. Robinson won his second NBA championship when the San Antonio Spurs defeated the New Jersey Nets four games to two. Robinson won a league MVP, a Defensive Player of the Year award, was named to the NBA’s 50th Anniversary All-Time Team and has his No. 50 retired by the Spurs franchise. On the front left tail is a Nike size “50” manufacturer's tag with a flag tag attached below that reads, “LENGTH + 4”. On the left seam is a Nike “DRI FIT” tag. On the left inseam is a materials tag with washing instructions and a Nike “2002-03” year tag. On the left chest is the official “NBA” logo embroidered. Across the chest reads, “SPURS” and the player number “50” appears on both the front and on the back. Across the back reads the player name, “ROBINSON” in black tackle twill sewn directly onto the white jersey. Robinson signed the back player number “5” in silver pen with the added inscription, “Jer 29:12” and in our opinion, rates a 7-8 overall. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use. Accompanied by an LOA from JSA.
