In the rear neck is a strip tag reading “09-46” representing the year of manufacture and the size. Adjacent below is a Colts team barcode. On the upper right chest is the captain’s “C” patch and on the v-neck is the official “NFL EQUIPMENT” shield patch. Across the front, back and on both sleeves is the player number “4” done in blue tackle twill. Above the player number on the sleeves is a “Reebok” logo. Across the back on a white nameplate is the player name “VINATIERI” in blue tackle twill. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use.
