A 4" x 6 1-2" invitation for an event on May 19th, 1962. The invitation reads, "President Kennedy's Birthday Party - MAY 19, 1962 MADISON SQUARE GARDEN - GALAALLSTARSHOW - SEC. 113 ROW M SEAT 8 - CONTRIBUTION $100 PER PERSON - New York's Birthday Salute To The President, Inc." It is signed by John F. Kennedy in blue pen and in our opinion, rates a 7 overall. The invitation is in EX condition and is accompanied by a full JSA LOA. Along with the invitation, other JFK birthday-related documents include candid photography, a White House invitation, "New York's Birthday Salute to President Kennedy", the cover of the event's program and more. This event was where Marilyn Monroe famously sang 'Happy Birthday Mr. President'.
