6/12/1879 Rutherford B. Hayes Signed Land Grant & 8/9/1886 Grover Cleveland Signed Appointment Document (2)(Full JSA LOAs)

The header reads, "THE PRESIDENT of the United States of AMERICA" and has a United States of America War Office stamped seal. Dated June 12th, 1879, the land grant is signed in black dip pen by Rutherford B. Hayes and the Secretary of War, George W. McCrary and in our opinion, rate an 8-9 overall. The second document header reads, "THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA" and has the United States of America War Office stamped seal. Dated August 9th, 1886, the appointment document is signed in black steel-tip fountain pen by Grover Cleveland and the Secretary of War, William Endicott and in our opinion, rate an 8 overall. Both documents are accompanied by a full JSA LOA.
