This baseball was used during the game in which Alex Rodriguez hit his 24th home run of the 1998 season, the 88th of his career. The home run was hit in the third inning against the Oakland A’s on June 14th. Rawlings manufactured OAL Budig baseball single-signed by Alex Rodriguez. Rodriguez signed on the sweet spot in blue pen with the added inscription “HR #24 1998” and in our opinion the signature rates an 8. The ball shows great use with excessive dirt staining, pine tar and scuff marks. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
