Approximately 6.5” x 3.5” Hall of Fame cachet. The left side of the cachet reads “NAISMITH MEMORIAL BASKETBALL HALL of FAME” and “Naismith Memorial - Springfield, Mass.” with the years “1891 - 1985”. Stamped in the middle is “BASKETBALL HALL OF FAME STA. SPRINGFIELD, MA 01101” with the date “JUNE 30 1985”. On the top right corner is a 22 cent stamp. The cachet has been signed by 19 members of the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame including: Howard Hobson, Tom Gola, Bob Davies, Andy Phillip, Clarence Gaines, Edward Steitz, Nat Holman, Dallas Shirley, Arad McCutchan, Charles “Stretch” Murphy, Adolph “Dolph” Schayes, Bob Kurland, Cliff Hagan, Ben Carnevale, Jack Gardner, Paul Endacott, John Nucatola, Howard Cann and Bob Cousy. All signatures are done in black or blue ink and in our opinion rate an almost perfect 10 overall. Accompanied by a full LOA from JSA.
