Pelé is widely regarded as one of the best and most famous football players of all time. In 1999, he was voted Football Player of the Century by the IFFHS International Federation of Football History and Statistics. In 1999, the International Olympic Committee named Pelé the "Athlete of the Century". Throughout his career, he scored 760 official goals, 541 in league championships, making him the top scorer of all time. In total, Pelé scored 1281 goals in 1363 games. Inside below the rear collar is the Athleta manufacturer’s tag. On the left chest is the “new york cosmos” team logo embroidered and on the right chest are three gold stars embroidered. On the right sleeve and the back is the player number “10” in blue on yellow tackle twill. Multiple loose threads are seen on the back number and there is a minor blue stain on the front middle tail. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use.
