Terry Bradshaw was the first pick in the 1970 NFL draft, and became the engine that drove the Pittsburgh Steelers success in that decade. In his 14 year career, he completed 2025 passes for 27,989 yards and 212 touchdowns, and rushed for an additional 32 touchdowns himself. Bradshaw led Pittsburgh to Super Bowl victories in 1974, 1975, 1978 and 1979. He was named MVP of the Super Bowl in the latter two years, and received league MVP honors in 1978. Bradshaw set Super Bowl passing records of 932 yards and nine touchdowns. He was elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1989. On the front left tail of this black durene jersey is the Sand-Knit manufacturers tag size “46”. Adjacent above is the “Designed & Tailored Exclusively For The PITTSBURGH STEELERS” tag. The year tag has been removed, which was commonly done by Steelers equipment manager Tony Parisi when a player wanted to keep his jersey after the season. On the right inseam is a flag tag with jersey materials and washing instructions. Across the front, back and on both sleeves is the player number “12” in white tackle twill. Across the back on a black nameplate is the player name “BRADSHAW” in yellow tackle twill. There is staining on the back player numbers. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriately light quarterback use. Accompanied by a LOA from Photo-Match.com grading the jersey an 8.
