Larry Bird was elected into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in 1998. The 12-time All-Star was voted nine times to the All-NBA First-Team. Bird won three NBA championships and three regular season MVP awards. He was voted to the NBA’s 50th Anniversary All-Time Team in 1996. On the inner right tail of the green side of the warm-up is the “Sand-Knit” manufacturer’s tag with size “X-LARGE” and a flag tag reading “100% NYLON” with wash instructions. On the left chest is the official “NBA” logo in a red, white and blue felt-like iron on patch. Across the front reads “CELTICS”. Adjacent below and on back is the player number “33”. All lettering and numbering on the green side is done in white screenprint. The white, reverse side, is identical minus the “NBA” logo and all lettering and numbering is done in green rather than white screenprint. The warm-up is properly tagged, was presented to us as worn and shows wear. Accompanied by a Dennis Johnson Family LOA.
