Ken Griffey Jr. was inducted into the Hall of Fame on the first ballot in 2016 with 99.32% of the vote. Louisville Slugger manufactured C271 model bat that measures 33.375 inches and weighs 31.1 ounces. The ash wood bat with a black finish is uncracked and shows excellent use. The handle has been taped in a criss cross pattern, but the tape has been removed and a shadow of the tape application is still visible. Griffey Jr. signed the barrel of the bat in silver marker and in our opinion rates an 8. Accompanied by a PSA/DNA LOA grading the bat a GU 8 and an ALOA from JSA.
