Approximately 32” x 15” framed New York Yankees signed hotel registry. On the left side is a 7.5“ x 9” black and white photo of Lou Gehrig taking a swing during a game. On the right side is a 7.5“ x 9” black and white photo of “The Bambino”, Babe Ruth doing the same. Between the black and white photos is an 8” x 9” hotel registry that reads “NEW YORK YANKEES - 1933.” printed at the top. Adjacent below and to the right reads “Chicago” printed in small lettering. The hotel registry has been signed by 19 members of the 1933 New York Yankees. Notable signatures include Hall of Famers Babe Ruth (1933 All-Star), Lou Gehrig (1933 All-Star), Lefty Gomez (1933 All-Star & AL Strikeout Leader), Charles “Red” Ruffing, Joe Sewell, Earle Combs, Tony Lazzeri (1933 All-Star), Bill Dickey (1933 All-Star) and Herb Pennock. Additional signatures include: Art Jorgens, Eddie “Doc” Farrell, Fred “Dixie” Walker, Danny MacFayden, George Uhle (Holds record for highest B.A. by a pitcher at .288), Johnny Allen, Wilcy “Cy” Moore, Ben Chapman (1933 All-Star & AL Stolen Base Leader), Frank Crosetti and Lyn Lary. All of the signatures are done in black fountain ink and in our opinion rate between a 9 and 10. The framed piece is in MNT condition. Accompanied by a full LOA from JSA and an additional LOA.
