Gary Carter played in the Major Leagues for 19 years, twelve with the Montreal Expos, five with the New York Mets and one each with the Dodgers and Giants. In his career Carter hit 324 homerun's, made eleven All-Star appearances, won five Silver Slugger awards and three Gold Glove awards. Nicknamed "The Kid" Carter helped lead the Mets to a World Series Championship in 1986 against the Boston Red Sox. In 2003 Gary Carter was elected to the Major League Baseball Hall of Fame. This Cooperstown bat is signed by Carter and inscribed HOF 2003. A Steiner Sports Certificate of Authenticity is included.
