This disaster relief vest was given to the American Red Cross employees working Arizona wildfires during President George W. Bush’s tenure. When Bush surprised the employees with a visit, he signed their vests for them. The right chest and back read “AMERICAN RED CROSS”. Pinned to the left collar is a purple ribbon and three pins representing the state of Arizona. President Bush signed the back of the vest in black marker and in our opinion the signature rates an 8. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
