The 31st President of the United States Herbert Hoover signed and inscribed this black and white photo. The signature is done in silver with the added inscription that appears to read “To George A. B” with the last name illegible and “With the good wishes of Herbert Hoover” and in our opinion rates a strong 8. Accompanied by an ALOA from JSA.
