Late 1930s Art Jorgens New York Yankees Game-Used Cap

Art Jorgens played 10 seasons (1929-39) with the New York Yankees during their glory years and was a member of five world championship teams . Jorgens served as the backup catcher to HOFer Bill Dickey. This Yankees cap was used by Jorgens in the late 1930s and shows tremendous use. On the front of the cap is the Yankees logo and on the inside band is the "Spalding" logo. Embroidered into the leather band is "A Jorgens."
