Drafted out of BYU by the Toronto Blue Jays, Danny Ainge played three seasons of baseball before entering the NBA where he saw much greater success. On the left front tail are two "Sand-Knit" manufacturer's tags, one reading "Boston Celtics" and the other with the jersey size "44." Across the front is the team name "Celtics" and the number "44." On the back is the name "Ainge" and a larger number "44." All letters and numbers are done in green tackle twill. The left shoulder strap bears the official "NBA" logo. There is an autograph on the front of the jersey done in black marker and rating a 7. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. The autograph comes with a letter from PSA/DNA.
