Approximately 4.25“ x 2.75“ Mordecai Brown’s silver lifetime baseball pass. Engraved in the pass is “THE MAJOR LEAGUES OF PROFESSIONAL BASEBALL PRESENT THIS LIFETIME PASS TO MORDECAI BROWN IN APPRECIATION OF LONG AND MERITORIOUS SERVICE” along with the facsimile signatures of the American League President William Harridge and National League President Ford Frick. Engraved on the back is “LAMBERT BROS JEWELERS N.Y.”. The lifetime pass is in EX-NMT condition. Approximately 9.25” by 11.25” framed Mordecai “Three Finger” Brown photo. The black and white photo features Brown in a throwing motion. Brown has signed the lower right-hand corner of the photo in blue ink with the added inscriptions “To my best friend” and “a Cub”. In our opinion the signature rates a very strong 9. The photo is in GOOD condition and shows signs of creasing with a small piece of the lower left-hand corner and a larger piece of the top right-hand corner missing. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA and an additional LOA from the family.
