This lot includes three vintage photographs, all with relation to the most famous franchise in all of sports. The first image was snapped in the 1880s and is a portrait of the Huggins family, featuring a young Miller in the center. Framed to 22" x 26", it is in very good to excellent condition with a three inch tear along the top edge and various other points of wear. The next is a stunning 8" x 10" shot of Joe McCarthy that looks to have been taken when he was first named manager of the club, as several of those who are pictured with him are wearing "Welcome" badges. It is in near-mint condition and is framed to 11-1/2" x 14-1/2". The last piece in the lot is an enormous 32" x 43" framed image of 1913-15 Yankee Marty McHale that originally hung in Yankee Stadium. It is still housed in its original frame and is in very good condition overall, with both photo and frame showing wear including water damage along the bottom edge.
