Rod Carew was inducted into the Major League Baseball Hall of Fame in 1991, during his playing days he had 3053 hits and had a .328 batting average. Carew made the All-Star team in eighteen out of the nineteen seasons he played, in 1967 he won Rookie of the Year, and in 1977 he won the American League MVP. This Major League Baseball is signed by Carew and is inscribed 3053. A Steiner Sports Certificate of Authenticity is included.
