On the front left tail is the "Reebok" manufacturer's tag. Attached to that is two additional manufacturer's tag with the jersey size "48" and "4"L.B." on them. On the inside back collar of the jersey is a manufacturer's tag with "04-48 S" on it. Below this is a PSA/DNA- NFL Auctions Sticker. On the front, back, and each sleeve is the player number "11" in white on navy on grey triple tackle twill. Across the back is "BLEDSOE" in white on blue tackle twill sewn on a navy blue name plate. The jersey has red spandex sides and custom elastic sleeves. On the front at the neck is the official "NFL Equipment" logo patch. On each sleeve above the player numbers is the "Reebok" embroidered logo. The jersey is autographed in on the back number in black marker and rates a 9. The jersey shows nice game use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. The autograph is accompanied by a LOA from JSA. Accompanied by a LOA from NFL Auctions.
