These one of a kind pages are each titled “STATEMENT OF ATTENDANCE AND RECEIPTS” and cover both the number of attendees and total revenues at Yankee Stadium for Games 3 and 4 of the 1927 World Series against Pittsburgh. The total attendance for Game Three was noted at 57,909 with gate revenue of $208,097, while Game 4 attracted 60,695 spectators and drew in $209,665 at the door. A sixty percent players cut was drawn directly from these gate proceeds. Both pages are in NRMT condition with very light folding. Also included here is an envelope with a printed return address for the “AMERICAN BASE BALL CLUB OF NEW YORK” and a handwritten note that says “Statements Attendance & Receipts for World Series games 3 & 4 – 1927”. Envelope in overall EX condition with slight wear on one edge.
