Fresh off of a 1932 World Series win, the 1933 Yankees finished with the second best record in the American League that year at 91-59. The team included some of the early Yankee greats and World Series heroes. This lot features a ball signed by members of the 1933 team including Babe Ruth, Lou Gehrig, Joe Sewell, Earle Combs, Tony Lazzeri, and Herb Penncock. The signatures are done in various pens and marker and rate from 5-8 due to some fading. The Ruth and Gehrig both appear to be 8s. This ball comes with a LOA from JSA.
