Across the front of the jersey is "NAVY" on the back of the jersey is player number "22" both done in navy felt. Inside the back of the waist on the pants is the "Wilson" manufacturer's tag with size tag "38" attached. Inside the back left pocket is "Phillips" written in brown ink. The uniform shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
