Inside the rear collar is the "Catalina America Board of Football" manufacturers tag. On the chest of the sweater is a red, white and blue embroidered patch with "ALL AMERICAN." There are two pockets of the lower front. The sweater shows wear and seems to have no alterations of any kind. Accompanied by an LOA describing the sweater's history.
