There are no manufacturers tagging remaining on the jersey. On the back and the front of the jersey is the player number "15" in white tackle twill. On each shoulder of the jersey are ten stars in red felt. There is a crotch piece attached to the bottom of the jersey. On the inside front waistband of the pants is the "May & Halas" manufacturers tag. Below are additional tags, "Wilson" tag, "34" flag tag, and a wash instructions tag. The jersey and pants show game-use and except for the missing tag, appear to have no alterations of any kind.
