Four Pittsburgh Pirates vintage team signed Spalding ONL Giles baseballs: 1956 blue ink signed by 25 including HOfer Roberto Clemente, Danny Murtaugh, Booby Bragan (manager) and Red Munger, signatures average a grade of 8 to 9; 1959 blue ink signed by 28 including HOFer Roberto Clemente, manager Danny Murtaugh (sweet spot) and Ted Kluszewski, signatures average a grade of 6 to 7; 1963 blue and black ink signed by 27 including HOFer Roberto Clemente and manager Danny Murtaugh on the sweet spot, HOFer Willie Stargell and Ron Brand, signatures average a grade of 8 and 1967 blue ink signed by 21 including HOFers Roberto Clemente and Willie Stargell, manager Danny Murtaugh, Maury Wills and Al McBean, signatures average a grade of 8 to 9. Balls are evenly toned, the Clemente signatures match the average grade of the balls above. Three of the Murtaughs have been deemed CH, on the 1959, 1963 and 1967. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
