The 1958 Yankees (92-62) won the American League pennant going away, earning the right to play in the World Series by a full 10 games ahead of the runner-up Chicago White Sox. Managed by Casey Stengel, the Bronx Bombers had plenty of power in the lineup as Mickey Mantle (42 HR), Yogi Berra (22 HR) and Bill “Moose” Skowron (14 HR) accounted for 260 runs batted in between them. Offered here is a beautiful pair of 14K gold cufflinks celebrating the ‘58 Yankees World Series championship, the franchise's 18th title in 24 Fall Classic appearances. The impressive cufflinks (7/8" in diameter) feature the Yankees conic top hat logo in the center with "WORLD CHAMPIONS" engraved above and "1958" below. The sparkling red, white and blue jewels in the top hat are actually made of real rubies, diamonds and sapphires. The reverse side of both cufflinks and the bottom of both posts are stamped "14K." The pair weighs a total of 14 grams and are in mint condition. A great piece of Yankees jewelry ready for wearing.
