On the left front tail of the grey flannel jersey is the "Spalding" manufacturer's tag and next to it is the size tag "44". Below this is "Woodeshick 19 44 61" in blue chain stitch, denoting player name, player number, size, and year. In the collar is a grey felt patch with the name "Woodeshick" in blue chain stitch. Across the front of the jersey is "Twins" in script and on the back of the jersey is the player number "53" made of navy on red tackle twill. The numbers on the back of the jersey have been changed. On the left sleeve is a "Minnesota Twins" patch. The jersey shows game-use and with the exception of the number change, appears to have no alterations of any kind. The number on the back seems authentic. However, the baseball encyclopedia has #53 in 1961 belonging to a coach, Floyd Baker.
