In the collar of the jersey is a white felt patch with "H.Score" in blue chain stitch. On the left front tail is the "Wilson" manufacturer's size "42" label and below this is a white felt patch with "1961-2" in blue chain stitch. On the left breast is the "Sox" logo and on the right sleeve and back is the player number "17". The logo and player numbers are made of blue on red tackle twill. The name on back of this jersey has been removed. The jersey shows good game-use and with the exception of the removed name on back appears to have no alterations of any kind.
