This jersey was originally sourced directly from Mrs. Waner's house. It was given to Paul Waner while he was a special instructor for the Phillies in 1962-63. In the collar of this jersey is a gray felt patch with the name "E. Keegan" in blue chain stitch. On the left front tail is the "Wilson" label and size "38". Below that is a felt strip tag with the year tag, "1960". Across the front of the jersey is the name "Phillies" in script-style letters and on the back is the player number "50". Both the name and number are made of red embroidered stitch on white felt. The jersey has many holes and numbers are fraying in the back from tremendous use. Included with the uniform are pants. Inside the front waistband is the "Wilson" label and attached is the wash instructions tag. Next to these in the waistband of the pants is a white grey felt strip tag with "E Keegan 1960" in blue chain stitch. Red cap manufactured by Wilson. On the front is the official Phillies logo embroidered in white. On the inside headband is size "6 7/8" printed in black. The hat has many holes in it from tremendous use. All three pieces have been signed by Mrs. Paul Waner in black marker. The jersey, pants, & cap show tremendous wear and appear to have no alterations of any kind.
