On the left front tail of the jersey is the "Tim McAuliffe" manufacturer's tag. Below that is
the size "42" tag and "63" year tag. Below those tags is "Ortega" in script embroidered in blue. Across the front of the jersey is "Dodgers" in script in blue felt. Below that on the left is the player number "17" in red felt. On the back of the jersey is the player number "17" in blue felt. There is a slight stain from tape on front. The jersey shows game-use and there appears to be no alterations of any kind.
