Pedro Ramos was known for more than just his pitching. He hit 15 lifetime, including a grand slam off Baltimore's Chuck Estrada on May 30, 1962. In the neck of the jersey is the player number "14" in blue chain stitch. On the inside left front tail is the "MacGregor" label reading "Set 1 1966." Below this is the wash tag. Across the front of the jersey is "New York" and on the back is the player number "14." Both the team name and number are made of blue felt. The front and back have been restored. The jersey shows game-use and with the exception of the restored front and back, appears to have no other alterations of any kind.
