Cazzie Russell was the No. 1 overall pick of the 1966 NBA Draft. After making the NBA All-Rookie First Team, Russell was part of the 1969-1970 NBA champion New York Knicks and was an All-Star. Russell scored over 12,000 points in his NBA career. Attached to the rear neck is the “Felco” manufacturers tag size “48”. Handwritten on this tag is “LONG”. Attached are two flag tags; one “ILGWU Union” tag and one with jersey materials and washing instructions. Across the chest reads, “NEW YORK”. Adjacent below and on the back is the player number “33”. These are done in orange on blue tackle twill. Across the back reads the player name, “RUSSELL” in blue tackle twill sewn directly into the jersey. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows excellent use with evidence of prior framing.
