Yepremian's career was highlighted by many record-breaking performances including six field goals in one game in 1966. He was a member of the only undefeated team in NFL history, the 1972 Miami Dolphins. In 1978-79, he kicked 20 consecutive field goals without a miss. On the left front tail is the "Sand-Knit" exclusive tag. Below this is the "Sand-Knit" manufacturer's tag size Medium (38-40) with wash instructions. On the front, back and on each sleeve of the jersey is the player number "1" in aqua on orange tackle twill. Across the back of the jersey is "YEPREMIAN" in aqua tackle twill on a white nameplate. The front neck has been cut opened. The jersey shows game-use and besides the front neck being cut open appears to have no alterations of any kind.
