On the front left tail of the jersey is the "Russell" size 48 manufacturer's tag. On the front and back of the jersey is the player number "17" in white on grey tackle twill. Across the back of the jersey is "CARMICHAEL" in white vinyl lettering on a green name plate. The jersey has green spandex sides. The jersey shows tremendous game-use with many team repairs and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
