On the front left tail is the "RUSSELL ATHLETIC" manufacturer's size "XL" tag with wash instructions. On the front, back and on each sleeve of the jersey is the player number "25" screen printed in white on orange. Across the back of the jersey is "FOLEY" in white tackle twill on an aqua nameplate. The front neck has been custom cut open. The jersey shows game-use with and besides the custom neck appears to have no alterations of any kind.
