In the inside right tail is the "Rawlings" manufacturers size "44" wash instructions tag. "21" is written on this tag in black marker. On the front left breast is the "NY NETS" red, white, and blue embroidered logo patch. Across the back is "NETS" in blue tackle twill. On the left sleeve is a black and white "4" Wendell Ladner memorial patch. The jacket shows wear and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
