Chris Chambliss was a key member of the New York Yankees mini-dynasty of the late 1970s, contributing one of baseball's most dramatic homeruns in a key game of the 1976 LCS. He used this bat sometime during the following two seasons, 1977-78, both of which were championship years. It shows excellent game-use with a light coat of pine tar applied to the handle. There are ball and rack marks visible on the barrel and the player number "10" appears on the knob in vintage black marker. Manufacturer: Hillerich & Bradsby, Model Number: C284, Labeling Period: 1977-78, Length: 35 inches, Weight: 31 ounces, Wood: Ash, Finish: Natural. The bat comes with a letter from PSA/DNA.
