On the left front tail of this blue road zippered front jersey is the "Wilson" manufacturer's size 48 tag. Below that is a strip tag with "77 1" embroidered on it. On the inside back collar is a strip tag with "Luzinski" embroidered on it. On the left breast of the jersey is the Phillies "P" logo. On the right breast and on the back is the player number "19". Across the back is "LUZINSKI" on a blue name plate. All lettering and numbering is done in burgundy on white tackle twill. The name plate on the back of the jersey has been restored. The jersey shows incredible game use and besides having a restored name plate appears to have no alterations of any kind.
